Fat Burning Workout for Women at Home

Ok this is a really great workout for intensive fat burning but it only lasts five minutes – so just stick with it no matter how tough it gets! You’ll need a kettlebell l and an exercise ball to work with during the routines. You’ll start with an elevated plank (10 reps on each leg) then you’ll move onto the kettlebell for some really high tempo exercises. Then you’ll finish with some scorpion push ups on your exercise mat. These exercises are really lower good for your lower body, for shaping your butt and legs. Ok lets go!
